Richelle started her career in law at 18 as junior typist and while on leave to have her two children she completed her Legal Executive Diploma and became a Registered Legal Executive in 2015.
Richelle works alongside Rachel Evans and is experienced in a wide range of law including residential conveyancing, enduring powers of attorney and wills.

Emily works in the litigation team, alongside partner Kylie Pascoe. She has a strong passion for litigation and is involved in a broad range of complex and sophisticated legal matters. Emily has developed experience across multiple areas of litigation and is well-equipped to assist with matters of varying complexity, providing support throughout all stages of litigation. Her experience extends to proceedings before the District Court, High Court, Parole Board and Tenancy Tribunal. She also undertakes Duty Lawyer responsibilities at the New Plymouth District Court and holds approval to conduct Legal Aid PAL1 matters.
Born and raised in Taranaki, Emily returned home after completing her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Waikato in 2023.
